1、首先，点击进入官方的支持中心：http://support.lunarpages.com/，在Luanrpages的官方提交一个Ticket，进入页面后，没有帐号的注册(signup)一个，有帐号的就登录一下。
2、进入后点击Submit New Ticket，提交一个新的问题。在Queue选择相应的问题小组，这里选择Support小组就行了，下边填入标题，之后写入问题内容提交即可。大体的标题和内容如下，为了方便你最好一并提交你注册时候的相关资料：
