利用tsp翻墙

先到如下两个地址分别下载tsp.zip和cache.zip

tsp即tor+sockcaps+polipo组合包。下载该包，解压，双击里面的tsp.bat，会启动tsp控制台,开始自动连接 tor；如果很久不能连接tor server,请从这里：http://localhostr.com/files/c130f4/cache2.zip或这里：http: //www.chenshaoju.com/downloads/tor/cache.zip，下载cache2.zip，解压释放到你的盘符:\tsp \tsp\torcache中,覆盖同名文件。然后从新启动tsp.exe,过1分钟左右，就会连接上tor网络。然后从你的机器启动 ie（不是双击sockscap里面的ie),然后设置ie的http proxy:127.0.0.1  port:8123，点击“确定”两次即可。
